Brisas De Tela is a Honduran restaurant tucked into a strip mall on Beaver Ruin Road in Norcross, offering a straightforward, unpretentious spot to dive into Central American flavors. The atmosphere is modest and welcoming, with a clean, cozy dining area where the focus clearly lies on the food rather than fanciful decor. This makes it a comfortable place for families or small groups wanting a quiet meal without the fuss.

Visitors tend to come here with a purpose: to savor authentic Honduran dishes that remind many of home or introduce newcomers to something fresh beyond the usual Latin fare. The menu highlights classics like Scrambled Eggs served with a local twist, hearty Tajadas Con Pollo, and the ever-popular Baleadas — a Honduran staple with thick, hand-rolled tortillas and rich fillings. Seafood is well represented too, with options like Mojarra Frita and a variety of soups such as Sopa De Res (beef soup) or the more adventurous Sopa De Mondongo (tripe soup), catering to those looking for traditional comfort food.

The service has improved over time, with staff generally friendly and attentive, although occasional slowdowns in busy periods have been mentioned. Still, there’s an effort from the team to make diners feel taken care of, which helps keep the experience relaxed rather than rushed.

Brisas De Tela is best enjoyed during lunch or early dinner when the kitchen rhythm feels smooth and the space isn’t overcrowded. It’s particularly suited for diners who appreciate unvarnished, homemade-style cooking and value authenticity over trendy presentation. If you’re curious about Honduran cuisine or already familiar and craving something familiar, this spot offers solid, genuine flavors without the need for a special occasion.

Authentic. Best Honduran food out there. The service was great and very friendly. They made me some catrachas which are off menu. And they were super delicious. High quality and authentic ingredients. They even had Charamuscas for sale in their freezer up front. Amazing. If you've never tried Honduran food this place is a must try and if you love Honduran food this place is a must.

Friendly staff. Clean and cozy atmosphere. We tried several menu items. The steak plate was really good. The pupusa was fresh. The spicy shrimp was different. The empanada smelled of frying oil otherwise it was ok.

This is my second time coming to this restaurant. And I have to say Service a little bit more attention. But the food is amazing. They didn’t take long time to bring out your food at the moment I sit down come to you ask you what would you like? It is lovely There are definitely pulling a lot of effort to make your dining better. At the moment they take my order I press my timer to see how long it will take Bring it even though it was a little busy. they only took nine minutes of 10. Now menu is updated with the new prices at food which I’m very happy. Please keep it up. You guys would do great.

We stumbled upon this Honduran restaurant by accident, and I’m so glad we did. It was my first time trying authentic Honduran food, and everything we ordered was delicious. It felt special getting to experience something new, and the flavors were comforting and so satisfying. The only downside was the service.. it was a bit slow and we felt a little overlooked at times. Nothing major, but enough to notice considering we went at a flower time of day. Still, the food itself made the visit worthwhile, and I’d definitely be open to coming back to try more dishes when I’m in the area again.
